merelynI figured I should do an proper, un-fandomy update. So, I'm back in the 'Burg. I'm feeling a lot more motivated this semester. I think it's going to be busy, but good.
My (ex)roommate has moved out. (For those of you that didn't hear it from me, she got a job as an RA this semester.) I do like the idea of having this space all to myself, at least until res life possibly sticks me with a random new roommate.
Still, it feels kind of like Ash and I broke up or something. Her half of the room is empty. It's weird. Plus, things we a little weird between us at first, and I (and everyone else) have to get used to calling her "my friend Ashley" as opposed to "my roommate". It's like that episode of Friends were Joey moves out and there's that amusing sappy montage with him looking out at the rain window on his table. Yeah.
But I'll adjust. Here's to a good semester.
