Have returned from Boston. Have left my driver's license/student ID in Meg's dorm. Oh, and guess how much money I have in my checking account right now?

$9.04.

Yes, $9.04.

I have plenty of money in savings, but I can't transfer any funds because I don't have online banking, it won't let me through the ATM, and the account number and oh, wait my driver's license are not here.

So I have no cash.

Also, because my student ID is in the mail right now, I have no meal plan, or any way of getting into buildings. I would replace it, but right, I don't have any cash to pay for it. I also really need to do laundry, but again I don't have any cash. I'm beginning to feel like the cautionary tale of Adrian Reed.

However it's not really that bad, for two reasons.

a) Thankfully, I just realized that I have a check for $34 from the student booksale last semester. Still since the bank is closed today, no cash/ID card until tomorrow.

b) That standby: ye old credit card that parents pay for.

Oh, but Boston was cool.

Don't worry Mere, I too have been in the Adrian Reed position. Although luckily I only had to sell my textbooks and not my plasma. And I didn't even have a savings acount for when this happened. Oh, your new pink scarf was left in my room. Can you give me your mailing address and I will send it to you.
