merelynMy hall actually does have drama! Sorta. I heard the funniest thing today from Erica, who heard it from Maura, who heard it from God knows who. Yeah gossip.
Nefret and Christy live on the other end of the hall from me. Nefret's really nice to everyone, and Christy I don't talk to at all so who knows. Anyway, they have a message board on their door, and naturally everyone reads the stuff on everyone else's message boards.
For the past week or so, their message board has read something like, "Who took away normal Nefret and Christy and replaced them with bizarro clean Nefret and Christy? I miss them!" I figured this meant that over the weekend they must have cleaned their dorm room. They leave their door open a lot; its normally pretty cluttered, stuff all over their bunk bed and everything, so I figured it was about time.
But no.
Nefret was gone last weekend- she left on Friday after classes, and Christy got the room to herself for a few nights. So Nefret comes back early on Sunday and their room is spotless. Floor swept, beds made- even Nefret's bottom bunk, everything. So Nefret asks Christy, "What's going on?"
Christy replies, "Oh. I just cleaned the room while you were gone."
Nefret says, "Why?"
Christy's only response: "I washed your sheets."
Yeah. That's right. Guess it was too inconvenient for Christy (and whoever) to climb all the way up the the top bunk.
The next time I walked past their room, the door was open again. They separated their bunk beds. Wonder why? :)
If my roommate ever had sex on my bed- not that she would, as she's more prudish than me even though she has a boyfriend- that would be it. Though you can't really blame Christy. Y'all know why I got the bottom bunk in my room. ;)
Still, highly amused.
