Is this their first new episode since season 2/Doctor Who season 4? Or did I miss something?

Also, where's Martha? I demand more Martha in my Torchwood. Although much approval for the boy-kissing.

It is the first new episode since Series 2! Though Series 3 isn't a full on season, it's a 5 part mini-series or something like that. It's going to air sometime this summer I think.

I'm preeety sure that Martha is in it in some capacity? At least I hope so? I don't follow Who/Torchwood spoilers enough to know for sure.
