...but well worth the spamming. Keith Olbermann rocks my socks, basically saying WHY THE FUCK DO YOU EVEN CARE (which is the overriding emotion I have when it comes to Prop 8), but in a far more eloquent way than I could.

That was so beautiful and so true I'm tearing up now. I really want to show that to someone who voted against the proposition and just see what their response would be.

But the fight for black equality hit speed bumps too. This is a setback, but I believe that in our lifetimes we will see the country recognize the ignorance of this proposition.

I agree. I was so disappointed because I had believed that ultimately we were better than that as a country. We aren't, not yet, but I still have hope that we will get there soon.
