Still Yet Another Merlin Rec

Hi, new Merlin friends! *waves* Welcome, have a rec, pointed the way by [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com].

Guys. GUYS. moonythestrals has written what is, to my knowledge, the first CRACK AU in Merlin fandom. This is so exciting. It's like when rageprufrock's Hindsight came out in SGA, and it was the first major AU, like an oasis of crack in a desert of normal stories- and then three years later Girl Scout Cookie/Rainbow/Unicorn crack AUs were the norm. I have high hopes for Merlin as well.

Also, I was on a bus last night and haven't seen Grey's yet. I'm sure I will have something to say about it later.

We should! I've never done anything like that before, but I'd be willing to help. Maybe we could take the reel_sga comm from SGA fandom as inspiration?

Me neither. Well, not on a large scale. More of running a fic comm and going "this is your challenge for the month, write it bitches."

This could be a proper challenge. And, yeah, that would work. (There was a reel_spn challenge last year too).

Uhh...practically nonexistent, sadly. Maybe we need more help?

Hmm...well we could always just use a premade LJ layout and ask if anyone who signs up could do the layout??

Yeah, maybe we could ask around our flists and see what we come up with. And crap, I have to run, but we should definitely hash this out more later. :)
