Having re-watched "38 Minutes" or, as I like to call it, "The Episode of Angsty Looks" I have do have a few thoughts, some on how the team has such a cute dysfunctional family dynamic that I love (and that you don't see as much as I'd like ever again), and also some thoughts on how awesome and in control woobie Ford is, and on how Sheppard has chemistry with EVERYONE on this episode, but really, what I was left with was:

WTF is Teyla wearing in the last scene??? Do the Athosians have a Discoteque I was unaware of? Did she raid the wardrobe of the cast of Hairspray? Because seriously, tight black pants and shirt that looked like Carmen Miranda exploded all over it? Just, no.

The day I hoped would come at last has come. At last.

So far, Day O' Dorkdon is going splendidly. Acting on a tip from the Harry Potter Club Historian from school, Lini and I dragged our asses out of bed to get to the Borders at 9 am, so we could get our numbers early for HPB. Numbers 13-15! We are so going to be those annoying people at the HP release party in the first 25 that everyone else *hates*. Bwahaha!

Now, to commence with watching SGA episodes and preparing for Sci-Fi Friday (eee!) which I so need, because it will be enjoyable and entertaining, while HPB on the other hand, will probably be awful and heartbreaking. After the Sci-Fi geekery, will be back off to Borders to get book, which I will receive shortly after midnight because, wait, what was it? Oh yeah, top 25, baby!
