(no subject)

Today has actually been remarkably productive for me. (This is a change from my usual regimen of bumming around my house in my pajamas until people or my job interfere. I like a good summer wallow? What can I say?) Anyway, today I:

* Bought my friend and I tickets to a one man show Patrick Stewart (!!) is doing at my college in October. (EEEEeeeee! Oh, the Star Trek nerdiness that will abound...)
* Had lunch with my dad
* Helped my dad do ghetto-style body work on my sister moonblade85's slightly dented car.
* Mailed DVDs back to vamplover84 (Expect them shortly, hun! Unless I f*cked up with the automated mail-y thingy at the post office, which is entirely possible.)
* Returned videos
* Went to the library, checked out this book, which seems very interesting and relatable, as well as the first Sharpe video. Yay random historical fandoms I have no time for!
* Voted in my state Democratic primary for the Lt. Governor candidate who won't win but it the coolest re: Gay Rights
* Signed up to help out with Democratic party for the upcoming Governor's race.
* Did some actual writing

In short: Go me.

Go you! I love a wallow as much as anyone and unfortunately have been doing just that even though I'm actually in summer school. I did make a couple of lists though in the hope that I'll look at them again.

(BTW, I friended you a while back in hopes of reading more of your fic, "The Blind Date." This comment is in no way trying to rush you and is in fact to say hi.)
